
Dr. Taryn Nicksic-Springer, also known as "Dr. T." is a licensed psychologist and doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). With nearly 30 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across the lifespan, Dr. Nicksic-Springer is known for her deep expertise, collaborative spirit, and commitment to helping families navigate complex systems with clarity and compassion.
Her work centers on autism and severe developmental disabilities, with a focus on comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based behavioral support. Over the past decade, she has specialized in diagnostic evaluation, service coordination, and intervention planning—helping children, teens, and young adults access the care and resources they need to thrive.
